This project comprises a six-storey residential development strategically designed over a single shared podium level, forming a unified architectural and functional base for the entire complex. The podium supports six residential building blocks above, creating an efficient layout that maximizes land use while maintaining privacy and accessibility for residents.
Above the podium, a landscaped recreational deck is provided, featuring a green open area, swimming pool, and associated resident amenities. This elevated space enhances the living environment by separating leisure areas from ground-level activity, offering a calm and secure setting for residents.

Landscape & Outdoor Experience
The landscaped podium level is designed as a vibrant outdoor environment that enhances daily living and encourages community interaction. Lush green lawns, shaded walkways, and thoughtfully arranged planting create a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout the development. A centrally positioned swimming pool, surrounded by seating areas and soft landscaping, serves as a key recreational feature, while pedestrian pathways connect the residential blocks seamlessly.

Technical Floor – Water Supply & Pressure Management
The building includes a dedicated technical floor designed to support the water supply system for the upper levels of the tower. This floor houses intermediate water storage tanks and associated pumping equipment, which are essential for maintaining adequate water pressure beyond the lower and mid-rise zones.
Due to gravity limitations, water pressure significantly reduces above approximately the 20th floor when supplied directly from ground-level tanks. The technical floor acts as an intermediate distribution point, allowing water to be transferred, stored, and then supplied upward efficiently using gravity and controlled pumping. This ensures consistent water pressure, reliable flow, and uninterrupted service to all upper floors of the building.

Electrical & Plumbing Works Overview:
Our scope of work for this project includes the complete execution of electrical and plumbing systems, delivered in accordance with project specifications and authority requirements. Electrical works were carried out with particular attention to neat cable management, organized containment systems, and well-dressed electrical rooms, ensuring safe access, ease of maintenance, and long-term operational reliability.
The plumbing systems were installed using approved materials and methods to support efficient water distribution, drainage, and sanitary services throughout the building. Coordination between electrical and plumbing works was carefully managed to maintain clean routing, proper segregation of services, and a high standard of workmanship across all areas.
